6-week Mindfulness Course


During this 6-week mindfulness course, seasoned meditation guide, Stephanie Osborne will offer you tools and experiences in meditation in a safe and nurturing environment. You will cover mindfulness of the breath, body, and emotions, mindful walking, communication, and compassion. Each Wednesday evening, the 1-hour and 15 minutes sessions (6-7:15pm) will include a talk on mindfulness, experiences in mindfulness, and connection exercises and end with a Q&A and an opportunity to offer feedback.

The dates are: 8/31/22, 9/07/22, 9/14/22, 9/21/22, 9/28/22, 10/05/22
